CABARET FOR A CURE…….

Anita and Gerald Smith, along with others, co-chaired the third Annual Cabaret For A Cure Gala benefiting Legacy Community Health Services HIV/AIDS Programs. It was an evening of fabulous entertainment, dinner and dancing and raising a lot of money.  In fact, it was announced that prior to the event, over $250,000 had been raised.

The mistress of ceremonies was Deborah Duncan of KHOU-TV Great Day Houston and some of the entertainment was provided by soprano Barbara Johnson Tucker and recording artists Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr.  Among the guest were Pauline and Junior Higgins, Jeff Scott, Michael Graves, Marcus Smith, Martha Hargraves, Guy Kidd, Janet and Tony Brooks, Lawrence Williams, Janette Cosley, Kim and Greg Williams, Paul and Karen Bailey, Argentina James and Chef Ruffy.

Great Event!
